This month, we welcomed Charlotte Edwards to the Baltimore Curriculum Project (BCP) as the new Data and Marketing Assistant. Charlotte is working closely with Brianna Kaufman, Director of Operations and Development, and each BCP school to augment marketing efforts on behalf of the BCP network of neighborhood conversion charter schools.

Charlotte was born and raised in Baltimore and went to high school at Roland Park Country School. She graduated from Lehigh University in May 2024 with a B.A. in International Relations and minors in Psychology and Global Studies. Her extracurriculars and work experience at Lehigh inspired her to pursue a career in the education field, and she looks forward to learning about and enhancing BCP and charter schools. Outside of work, Charlotte aspires to develop healthy routines and learn new skills.

Welcome, Charlotte!

About the Baltimore Curriculum Project

Baltimore Curriculum Project (BCP) is the largest operator of local neighborhood, public charter schools in Maryland. We create safe, supportive learning environments for children PK-8 by providing innovative, research-based educational strategies, intensive teacher training and extensive support for administration and staff. We support our local neighborhood needs by tailoring our resources and support through community partnerships.

As one of the longest-running charter operators in Maryland, our schools are regularly recognized as some of the most highly acclaimed neighborhood charter schools in the state.
