This year marks a very special milestone for the Baltimore Curriculum Project (BCP): our 30th Anniversary. For three decades, BCP has been deeply committed to Baltimore, working alongside families, educators, and communities to ensure every child has access to a high-quality education.

To celebrate this moment, we are thrilled to announce that tickets and table purchases are now available for our annual fundraiser, Are You Smarter Than a BCP Student? Join us on Thursday, April 30, 2026, 6:00–10:00 pm at the Maryland Science Center for an unforgettable evening of fun, celebration, and impact.

This beloved, game-show-style gala brings together community leaders, educators, and friends of BCP for a lively night of friendly competition and meaningful connection — all in support of our students and schools.

This year’s event will be unlike any other. In honor of BCP’s 30th anniversary, the evening includes:

• The premiere of our 30th Anniversary Video highlighting the BCP journey, our incredible students, teachers, and staff, and the lasting difference we’ve made in Baltimore over the past three decades
• Recognition of and awards for our individuals and partners whose dedication and leadership have helped shape BCP’s story and strengthen our community
• A new venue – the Maryland Science Center.
• Our first-ever BCP graduate as one of our celebrity panelists: Darren Meredith, City Springs’ alumna and Associate Pathways Electrical Engineer at Northrop Grumman

Ticket Information

Individual tickets: $100 per person
Includes dinner and dessert, an open bar, and a full evening of entertainment. 

Tables for up to 10 guests: $1,000 per table
